Vault for Teams

Share credentials securely with your team. No plaintext sharing, no leaked passwords, no Slack messages with API keys. Real encryption for real teams.

Shared Vaults

Create vaults dedicated to team credentials. Everyone with access sees the same passwords, notes, and API keys — all encrypted with the vault's unique key.

Role-Based Access

Four roles control what team members can do. Owner has full control. Admin can manage members. Editor can add and modify items. Viewer can only read.

RSA Key Exchange

When you share a vault, the vault's AES key is encrypted with the recipient's RSA-4096 public key. Only their private key can decrypt it. The server never sees the plaintext vault key.

Multiple Vaults

Create as many vaults as you need. Personal vault for your own credentials. Engineering vault for the dev team. Finance vault for billing. Marketing vault for social accounts.

Instant Revocation

When someone leaves the team, remove them from the vault. Their encrypted copy of the vault key is deleted — no credential rotation needed for every individual password.

Team Activity Log

See who accessed which credential and when. Track shares, edits, and deletions across your team's vaults. Complete visibility for security and compliance.

How team sharing works

1

Create a shared vault

Create a vault and add your team's credentials — passwords, API keys, server access, anything. Each item is encrypted with the vault's unique AES-256-GCM key.

2

Invite team members

Enter a colleague's email and choose their role. The vault key is encrypted with their RSA-4096 public key and stored on the server. Only they can decrypt it.

3

Everyone decrypts locally

Each team member unlocks the vault with their own master password. Their private RSA key decrypts the vault key, which decrypts the items. The server sees nothing.

Roles & permissions

Why not just use a shared spreadsheet?

Your team deserves better than shared spreadsheets

Encrypted vaults, role-based access, full audit trail. Built for teams that take security seriously.
